This notice describes the proposed website inquiry form. This copy is unpublished and sending is disabled; do not enter customer information or project evidence in this draft.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email, optional organization and a description of the issue. You may attach up to five PDF, JPG/JPEG or PNG files, totaling no more than 10 MB (10,000,000 bytes). Send only information you’re authorized to share. Remove passwords, access credentials and unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Contact us before sending regulated or restricted material.

How we use it

We use inquiry details and attachments to consider your request, communicate with you and identify next steps. An inquiry does not book a consultation, accept work or authorize payment. Any paid service has a separate acceptance process.

We do not send customer descriptions, project files or work product to generative AI services or use them for model training under this launch workflow. This service does not include remote equipment access.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form uploads and provides Turnstile spam checks. Microsoft 365 processes the inquiry email and attachments for delivery to PanelSide Controls. These providers process technical and service data under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Spam protection and records

To limit abuse and duplicate submissions, the form records submission references, status and timestamps, plus hashed identifiers derived from submitted email addresses, source IP addresses and one-use tickets. Inquiry text and attachments are not written to this control database. Hosting and security providers may also process technical records such as IP addresses and browser information.

Storage and retention

Uploads pass through the hosting runtime to Microsoft email. The website does not create a separate file-storage library. Email and attachments may remain in PanelSide mailboxes and provider recovery or backup systems.

We keep information needed to respond, maintain business records, address disputes and meet applicable obligations. We review retention manually; there is no fixed automatic deletion schedule for this inquiry workflow. Automatic deletion of website control records is not configured. Deleting a message or active record does not necessarily remove provider recovery or backup copies immediately.
